I am truly disappointed that funds were denied to make changes to this outdated park. Most parks nowadays have made changes to include all children especially those with disabilities. I have an autistic child and I was hoping funds would have been approved to cater to my child with sensory issues and others with disabilities. I hope that change will happen ASAP.

We are citizens here from surprise. What to Want to know why funds were denied to make bicentennial Park, a better part for the kids to play. Weβve had the same swings and bars out there for years. We donβt even have a slide better stuff for the kids to have more plane stuff to be more active. But yet Bullard they didnβt need it. Got funded to make it better. π€¨

Nice park, kind of deep in the neighborhood, which is really dark at night. It's brand new & very nice looking. Has walking trails a bridge & is kept really clean. Great for a family picnic or a birthday party. There is plenty of room for throwing a football around or playing soccer. It has a huge baseball field. The restrooms actually have toilet paper because with 4 kids, I have to always bring some because there's never any in the park restrooms. Great open area to bring your dog. My kids love it.

Watch out for homeless lurking in the bathrooms and gang activity. I wanted to use the restroom, but with the men just hanging out in the doorways of the men's bathroom there, I felt unsafe. I also wanted to walk around the park and take pictures for this review, but a bunch of men in the picnic ramadas also had me weirded out. As I took pictures of the facilities from my car, some of the men began walking aggressively towards me. I got out of there fast. So sad, it looked like a wonderful park to visit.
